Kendra is a very unique professional who does so many things extremely well. Not only is she a great barber, Kendra also possesses a license in cosmetology. She can cut it! twist it! braid it! curl it! Loc it! weave it, extend it! shampoo and condition it! She switches from barber to natural hair specialist to cosmetologist during the course of her day. With many years of experience, Kendra is a mainstay at Razors Edge Barbershop and a core member of the team. Sit in her chair once and you will find yourself coming back for more.

Rashae' Dillard

Rashae' Dillard, also known as "Shae" is the newest member of our team. Shae has had a passion for hair styling since she was a little girl growing up in Baltimore City. As an adult, Shae made her childhood dream come true and pursued hairstyling as a career goal. Shae attended Empire Beauty School, where she graduated in July 2021 and obtained her license in cosmetology in September 2021. Shae joined the team at Razors Edge Barbershop in March 2021 initially as a natural hairstylist. Shae is skilled in styling hair, hair braiding, weave extensions, hair coloring, and hair treatments, and she is phenomenal with kids' hair. Shae is most proud of her knowledge and talents in natural hair care and reviving and treating damaged hair. For Shae, the best hair is healthy hair.

Amanda Greene 

Amanda grew up in and around the hair business. Watching and learning from her mother, she developed the skills of hair artistry. Like her brother Ron it almost came naturally.


She is an amazing Natural Hair Specialist and Artist. If you are looking to start your Locs, maintain your Locs or if you are  looking for the right person to braid your hair and keep it well maintained Amanda is the person for you.  She is timely, precise and engaging.  Her diverse background in Natural Hair Care will make you happy that you chose her.
